Jonathan H. Ruggles,
Owner/President
Jon has more than 39 years
of experience in all aspects
of electrical work. He has a Master Electrician's license
in New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont. Jon is the past president of the New Hampshire Electrical Contractors Association and is an active member of the Bow Rotary. He is a recipient of the Paul Harris Fellowship Award. Jon is on the Board of Directors for Merrimack County Savings Bank and an Associate Director for the Concord Boys & Girls Club. 

Mark R. Lorden,
Vice President
Mark has been with R&T Electric since 1985 and is currently working as the company's  estimator. He has more than 23 years of experience in all aspects of electrical work and is a licensed Master Electrician. Mark has an Associate of Science degree in industrial electronics and a bachelor's degree in business management.

Carolyn Amrol,
Business Manager
Carolyn came to work for R&T Electric in 1995 after being in banking for 10 years. Carolyn is responsible for the management of everyday company operations, which include accounts payable, accounts receivable, state and federal reporting, collections, job costing, bank reconciliation, supervision of company health, life and long-term disability insurance, and the company benefit programs including 401(k).

Caryl Forgue,
Office Manager 
Caryl came to R&T Electric in 2004 and started performing general office functions. She quickly took on additional duties such as item coding of stock used by electricians on work orders which minimizes the time spent by Jon in doing this role.  This in turn makes for a more effective turn around in Customer billing. Caryl has proved invaluable in her role of scheduling service work and customer relations.

Our Technical Staff

David E. Averill,
Alarm Specialist
After high school, David enlisted in the Navy where he received hands-on training in the electro-mechanical field. He furthered his education and experience with a major alarm installer before coming to R&T Electric in 1989. David has experience with all aspects of low-voltage wiring and control wiring.

Roland Boulanger,
Electrician
Roland came to work for R&T Electric in 1999 and has 10 years of experience as a Journeyman electrician.

Michael Perlupo,
Electrician
Michael came to work for R&T Electric in 1997 and has 23 years of experience as a Journeyman electrician.

Ray Marier
Electrician
Ray came to R & T Electric in 1999, and has 3 years experience as a Journeyman Electrician.

Ken LaCourse
Master Electrician
Ken came to R & T Electric originally in 1982, as our 1st apprentice.  Ken has 25 years experience, 19 as a Master Electrician.

Matthew Rhodes
Electrician
Matt came to R & T Electric in 2000, Matt has 3 years experience as a Journeyman Electrician.

Joel Ferwerda
Electrician
Joel came to R & T Electric in 2004, and has 7 years experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
